At FixKart, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality and reliable home services. However, if you are not satisfied or need a refund, this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Provided: If the scheduled service was not delivered due to a fault on our end or the service provider’s unavailability.
- Poor Service Quality: If the service was completed but did not meet the promised standards, a refund or rework may be offered after investigation.
- Cancellation by FixKart: If we cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
- Payment Errors: If you were incorrectly charged due to a technical issue, we will refund the excess amount.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be applicable in the following situations:
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations outside the free cancellation window.
- Partial Service Completion: If the service provider has started or completed a significant portion of the work.
- Change of Mind: If the service was completed as per the agreed scope but the customer is unsatisfied due to personal preference.
3. Refund Process
- To request a refund, contact our customer support team within 1 days of service completion.
- Our team will review the request, and if eligible, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- If a refund is not possible, we may offer a service credit for future bookings.
