FixKart Cancellation Policy
At FixKart, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable service experience. However, we understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling a service.
1. Cancellation by Customers
- Free Cancellation: Customers can cancel their booking 2 hours before the scheduled service time at no additional cost.
- Late Cancellation Fee: If the cancellation is made within 1 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 8% of the service charge may apply.
- No-Show Charges: If the service provider arrives at the location and the customer is unavailable or refuses service, a 25% no-show fee may be charged.
2. Rescheduling Policy
- Customers can reschedule their service appointment 3 hours in advance without any additional fee.
- Rescheduling requests made within 4 hours of the appointment may be subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Cancellation by FixKart
- In rare cases, FixKart may cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., service provider unavailability, emergencies, or technical issues). In such cases:
- Customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
- We will notify customers as soon as possible and work to arrange an alternative solution.
4. Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
